Planning Application fee payable to your Local Authority

Planning Application Fee for typical householder/domestic work £160.00. The fee for a new house if £319.00

From 3 August 2009 Neighbour Notification will be the responsibility of the Council.

Building Warrant Fee payable to your Local Authority

The fee for a particular application is based on the estimated cost of the building works to be carried out. The estimated cost of the works may be based either on builders' estimates/quotations or on cost figures published by recognised bodies such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. No reductions are allowed for DIY elements of the work.

Ordnance Survey Site Location Plan

An Ordnance Survey site location plan is required with both building warranr and planning applications. If you would like us to obtain this for you a fee of £33.50 is payable in advance.

Our Fees

Following an initial meeting to discuss the works to be carried out we will prepare a fixed fee quotation to prepare the necessary plans for the works to be carried out. Unlike other companies, we will provide all drawings including project specific construction details necessary for each application within our fixed fee.
